By accessing or using Paatly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue your use of the website.
Your use of Paatly is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy.
About Paatly

Paatly may also allow visitors to submit lyrics, request songs, suggest corrections, contribute translations, and provide additional song information.
You can browse and search Paatly without creating a public user account. Paatly does not currently offer paid subscriptions or purchases through the website.
Permitted use
You may access and use Paatly for lawful personal, informational, educational, and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You may share links to publicly accessible Paatly pages. Limited quotations may be used where permitted by applicable law and with appropriate attribution when attribution is reasonably required.
Your use of Paatly does not transfer ownership of any website content or third-party material to you. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reuse material for which Paatly does not own or control the relevant rights.
Prohibited use
You must not use Paatly to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Submit material that you know you are not permitted to provide
- Impersonate another person or falsely claim authority or ownership
- Submit knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or malicious information
- Send spam, advertisements, promotional messages, or unrelated submissions
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or material intended to damage or disrupt the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Paatly, its administration area, server, databases, forms, or connected services
- Interfere with security measures, rate limits, anti-spam controls, or other protections
- Use automated tools to overload, scrape, copy, republish, or extract substantial portions of the website without permission
- Reproduce, sell, license, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit Paatly’s original presentation, database organization, or editorial material without authorization
- Use information from Paatly to harass, threaten, or violate the privacy or rights of another person
Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines in accordance with Paatly’s technical instructions is not prohibited by this section.
Lyrics submissions and other contributions
Paatly may allow you to submit lyrics, translations, transliterations, corrections, song requests, sources, notes, credits, and other information.
When you submit material, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are permitted to submit the material
- Your submission does not knowingly violate another person’s copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights
- Your submission does not contain malware, unlawful content, spam, or intentionally misleading information
- You understand that submitting material does not guarantee publication
Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in a contribution, source, note, or message.
Permission to process contributions
You retain any rights that you legally hold in your original contribution.
By submitting material to Paatly, you grant Paatly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to receive, store, review, reproduce, format, edit, translate, adapt, publish, display, distribute, archive, and remove the contribution for the purposes of operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining Paatly.
This permission applies only to rights you are legally able to grant. It does not give Paatly ownership of a third party’s song, lyrics, composition, recording, artwork, trademark, or other protected material.
The permission continues for as long as the contribution is used by Paatly. Removing a public contribution may not immediately remove copies from backups, archives, internal review records, search-engine caches, or records retained for legal and security purposes.
Editorial review
Paatly may review, correct, format, shorten, expand, combine, translate, reorganize, accept, reject, unpublish, or remove a contribution.
Changes may be made to maintain consistency, readability, accuracy, formatting, language quality, and Paatly’s editorial guidelines.
We are not required to publish every submission, explain every editorial decision, or retain a contribution indefinitely.
Acceptance or publication of a contribution does not mean that Paatly guarantees its accuracy, authorization, completeness, or legal status.
Contributor acknowledgement
Where appropriate, Paatly may display the contributor’s supplied display name on the relevant page.
Contributor acknowledgement is not guaranteed and may be modified or removed when reasonably necessary. Acknowledgement does not create employment, partnership, agency, ownership, or a right to payment.
Unless Paatly expressly agrees otherwise in writing, contributions are voluntary and unpaid.
If you want your public contributor display name removed, you may contact us through our Contact Us page. Removal of a display name does not necessarily require removal of the underlying contribution.
Communication about submissions
If you provide an email address, Paatly may use it to contact you about your submission, request clarification, provide a review decision, respond to your enquiry, or communicate relevant administrative information.
Providing an email address for a contribution does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing messages.
Intellectual property
Paatly’s original branding, website design, code, page layouts, editorial writing, original explanations, organization, and other material created specifically by Paatly may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Song titles, lyrics, musical compositions, audio recordings, videos, album artwork, photographs, names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and rights holders.
Reference to a song, album, film, artist, composer, lyricist, performer, music label, company, trademark, or external service does not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation unless expressly stated.
Paatly cannot grant you permission to reuse material owned by third parties. If you want to reuse such material, you may need permission from the relevant rights holder.
Copyright complaints
Paatly respects legitimate copyright concerns.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material on Paatly infringes your rights, please follow the procedure in our DMCA Policy.
Paatly may remove or restrict access to reported material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a declaration that every use of third-party material automatically qualifies as fair use, fair dealing, or another copyright exception. Copyright treatment depends on the particular circumstances and applicable law.
Accuracy of information
We aim to provide helpful and accurate information, but lyrics, translations, transliterations, credits, release details, song meanings, and contextual explanations may contain errors, omissions, differences, or interpretations.
Credits and other information may change after a song is released or may differ between official platforms and sources.
You should not assume that every translation is official or that every page is complete. More information is available in our Disclaimer.
External links and embedded services
Paatly may contain links to or embedded content from third-party websites and services, including video, audio, advertising, and music platforms.
Paatly does not control third-party websites or guarantee their content, availability, security, accuracy, legality, products, services, or privacy practices.
Your interaction with a third-party website or embedded service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
Advertising
Paatly may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other advertising providers.
The presence of an advertisement does not mean that Paatly endorses or guarantees the advertiser, product, service, offer, claim, or destination website.
Any transaction, communication, or dispute involving an advertiser is between you and the relevant advertiser or service provider.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit Paatly, use its forms, or interact with analytics, advertising, and embedded services.
By using Paatly, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to your available choices and applicable law.
Website availability
Paatly is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website, every page, or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free from technical errors.
We may update, reorganize, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, editorial, or operational reasons.
Restriction of access
Paatly may restrict access to contribution forms or other interactive features when a person:
- Violates these Terms
- Submits spam, abusive material, or repeated false information
- Attempts to bypass technical or security protections
- Engages in conduct that may harm Paatly, its visitors, contributors, or service providers
Restrictions may include rejecting submissions, blocking requests, limiting form access, or blocking technical identifiers associated with abusive activity.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paatly is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, its content, third-party links, embedded services, advertisements, or unauthorized user submissions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from material you knowingly submit without authorization, your unlawful misuse of Paatly, or your deliberate violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
This section does not impose responsibility where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Children and young users
Paatly is a general-audience music-information website.
If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, you should use contribution and contact forms only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Do not submit personal information if you are not permitted to do so.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Paatly’s services, features, policies, or legal obligations change.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be highlighted on the website where appropriate.
Your continued use of Paatly after updated Terms take effect means that the updated Terms will apply to your subsequent use of the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Resolving concerns
If you have a question, complaint, or dispute involving Paatly, please contact us first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to understand and address the matter.
This does not prevent either party from exercising any legal right or remedy available under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver
If Paatly does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, DMCA Policy, and any other policy expressly referenced here, form the agreement governing your use of Paatly.
