Shree guru charana sarojaraja | nijamana mukura sudhari | varanau raghuvara vimala Yasha | jo dayaka phalachari
 
Tulsidas says ‘I put my hands together in prayer and bow down at my Guru’s feet,
with an open mind and pure heart, I recite the glories of Shree Rama’

Buddhi heena thanu jaanikai | sumirau pavana kumar balabuddhi Vidhya dehu mohi | haraahu kulesha vikar
 
Knowing I still have so much to learn, I ask for your help Hanumanji (son of the Wind God Pavan).
Make me strong, intelligent and give me the knowledge to deal with all problems. Show me right from wrong.
