“Kotha Feeling” is a new single released from the movie Sing Geetham, which is getting ready for the release on June 12^th. The movie’s marketing team has been releasing songs, rather surprise songs prior to the release. Along with other songs, Hello Bossuu, Emaindi Emaindi, Ori Jeevuda, this song – Kotha Feeling – also has the same idea of feelings expressing in songs, as the whole town of Kubera Puram has the curse of speaking like a song.
 
This song captures that magical moment when nothing around you has actually changed—the same town, same roads, same breeze—but everything suddenly feels beautiful because you’re in love. The pair doesn’t even know what to call the emotion yet. The heart feels lighter, the world feels brighter, distances feel inviting, and even uncertainty becomes enjoyable. It’s that sweet phase before love is fully understood, when you’re simply smiling for no reason and wondering, “What exactly is happening to me?”

From the very first lines, the singer looks at the same town, the same breeze, the same roads, and the same surroundings he sees every day. Yet something feels new. The place hasn’t changed; he has. That is the beauty of the song. It captures that strange phase where you start developing feelings for someone and suddenly everything around you feels brighter, lighter, and somehow more meaningful.
 
You don’t know what to call it yet, which is why the recurring question, “Ee Kotha Feeling Ne Emantaru?” (“What do you call this new feeling?”) becomes the heart of the song.
 
What I particularly enjoyed is how naturally the lyrics express this emotion. Instead of directly saying, “I’m in love,” the song shows the symptoms. His veins are playing a guitar. His thoughts are drifting into daydreams.
 
And my favourite line has to be “Oohallo Thele Na Gunde Garu.” Literally, he’s referring to his own heart as “Gunde Garu” — “Mr. Heart.” It’s a playful, almost sarcastic way of saying, “Look at this fellow, my heart has completely left reality and is floating around in dreamland.” That’s such a Telugu thing to do, and it gives the song a charming personality.

Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad composed and provided vocals to the song paired with Hari Priya as the female singer. Sri Mani has provided lyrics for this song. This is the 3^rd song from the album that is written by Sri Mani, however, Emaindhi song was credited as Sri Mani, it is also written by various lyricists along with Devi Sri Prasad.
