All right! Singeetham Srinivas’ 61st movie. Buckling up for it on June 11^th. If that releases on the same day hopefully.
 
Hello Bossuu! Marketed as the Deleted Song by the movie team gives the querky energy for already querky song. I Think the team created this song and “Deleted it” – hopefully not – to give the context of the entire story line of the movie in just 2 and half minutes of the song. Watched the movie on 19th June and Fortunately this song was not deleted and the occurance of this song is very funny and it does not seem like out of place. It has got the perfect placement. By the way, the movie release date was postponed to 12th June and it it was released on the same day.
 
A person – Wamcee, the singer himself – looks like a contractor or quarry worker, drunk and waking up on the roof top, still under the influence of last night affects. Sun in over the head and the entire town is so silent is warm atmosphere. Seems confused that the town is silent, and no one had wake him up yet (Maybe it’s his daily habit of sleeping and waking up by people yelling at him) and learning that anything he speaks comes out as a song.
 
Knowing that he embraces what had happened to him this morning and enjoys singing, whatever he feels to talk about. Of course everything comes out as a song. He thinks he had become Yesu Das. A legendary Indian singer.
 
Lyricists Devi Sri Prasad and Utthana Bharighat. Yeah, this song got 2 lyricists. For a 3-minute song, 2 lyricists. I’m not saying that it is bad. This makes me think how the team enjoyed working on this song (Sadly getting it deleted). Utthana Bharighat mainly worked for Kannada and Telugu films though I could not find much information about him on the internet. He worked for Kannada film 666 Operation Dream Theatre. He worked as Additional dialogue writer along with writer Hemanth M. Rao.
 
It’s good to listen music from Devi Sri Prasad, even though he does not have more projects coming these days, it feels fresh and the music is subtle that we can hear and sing along the entire song.
 
The song was sung by Wamcee and R.P Krishaang – The child singer at the end on the song, who says, “Nuv Matram Kadu, Ee Oorantha Same Case U”.  We can guess that something had happened to the town over night and we have the mystery to solve as the movie plot.
There we go we got the song relevance to the Movie title – Sing Geetham – the entire town will be singing with and we’re, if not I’m ready for that to watch in Theaters.
 
These king plot points are some things that keeps traditional movie directors different to Singeetham Srinivas garu. A whole generation that had experienced his experiments on movies, either those are technically or this way like the story wise. I would say brilliant. But Today’s generation is missing those. Though we have moved and got used to the movies that we go. This will be a fresh take and breather in the ocean of big films.
 
As Nag Ashwin – The Producers of the movie – mentioned in the press meet for this song deletion that this idea as pitched way before. We need to see, if the idea still stays true to the point.
